How long does it take to carve a fish hook?
Depending on the shape, size, and material. Carving can take anywhere from 5-8+ hours.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an update in your www.hawaiianfishhooknecklace.com account and receive an email notification with your tracking number and the shippers website.
Where do you get your materials from?
Materials are given to me as a donation to the arts or purchased from certified dealers around the world.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
All orders over $100 receive complimentary USPS shipping to the USA. Includes a tracking number. Additional charges may apply for international, expedited shipping, and additional insurance.
Is my package insured?
Additional insurance may be purchased.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover through PayPal and Stripe. Also accepts Bitcoin and other crypto currency.
How long will delivery take?
3-5 business days. Expedited shipping can take 1-2 days and additional charges may apply.
Are there refunds?
All sales are final. No refunds or returns.

Yes, you will receive an invoice via email.
